When are orders processed?
Orders are processed Monday – Friday, during business hours 9 am – 5 pm EST (closed on weekends and holidays). Therefore, if we receive an order after business hours or on a holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
What is the return policy?
You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days of your purchase. An acceptable return must include: the product sealed and unused (in the original packaging including all labels), along with a printed copy of your order confirmation email that includes your order number, name, address and daytime phone number. In case of a refund, neither the original shipping cost, nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.

Will I be charged shipping fees on my order?
Total orders of $50.00 or more qualify for free shipping. All orders $49.99 and under are charged $9.95 for shipping and handling.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
No, we only ship within the 48 Contiguous U.S. (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico). However, our products are available at major retailers nationwide.
